Subscriptions to the Service will automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you cancel before the renewal date
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid

10.3 Cap on Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL GLUESCRIBE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GLUESCRIBE IN THE PAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED ANYTHING THROUGH THE SERVICE.
10.4 Exclusions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. INDEMNIFICATION

12. TERMINATION

Gluescribe may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
12.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease
Gluescribe may delete your account and all associated data
Any outstanding payments will become immediately due
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim against Gluescribe, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Gluescribe's support team. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.
13.2 Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Gluescribe agree to resolve any dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
13.3 Arbitration Procedures
The arbitration will be conducted in English
The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator selected in accordance with the AAA rules
The arbitration will take place in [Jurisdiction], or at another location mutually agreed upon by you and Gluescribe
The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on the parties
The prevailing party will be entitled to reimbursement of attorneys' fees, expenses, and costs
13.4 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND GLUESCRIBE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
13.5 Exceptions
The foregoing arbitration provisions do not apply to:
Small claims court cases
Actions seeking injunctive relief
Intellectual property disputes

Any notices to Gluescribe must be sent to our contact address listed on the Service and are deemed given upon receipt. Any notices to you may be sent to the email address associated with your account and are deemed given when sent.
15.8 International Use
The Service is controlled and operated from the United States. Gluescribe makes no representations that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Service from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local law.
